Spoilers about what Allison did for the rose role

I read that she wore contacts to separate the good and bad rose or to distance herself from the rose character.I'm now wonder if her name is really rose or if it is RoRo which is the name a read that the bad rose is but it could be a nick name and I do not remember that name in the the movie and it seemed hard to be the bad rose with Allison & the guy who plays Chris being like best friends in real life
