Question about Q's punishment tattoo

Hopefully somebody can help me out here....I don't recall what season/episode it was where the guys had to get their tattoos, but I think it was fairly early on.
If I remember correctly, Q's tattoo was of a cat, that said something about "35, 3 cats, lives alone" and it was on his upper right arm.
The other night I caught a repeat of season 5 epi 21 titled "Wrapper's Delight".
The guys were pretending to be restaurant managers at I believe Hooters. During his turn, Q actually took his shirt off and went to deal with customers. It seemed to me, the tattoo I saw looked more like a Superman emblem and was in color. It defiantly was not the cat tattoo from the punishment.
Did anybody else see that? I rewound it twice, and it was not the cat. Has he ever mentioned having it covered? I can't see him doing that though because it was a punishment...

Actually he had the Superman tattoo before the show started. It's on the same arm as the cat tattoo, but it's in a different place.

Just for accuracy purposes, the age in the tattoo is 38.
