So, what do y'all think about this new Sleepless (2017) (III) movie?

shareI think sleepless was a good movie, lots of action, full of entertaining; never a dull moment from start to end. Was definitely better than the reviews I saw before seeing it for myself. However, not sure why this movie didn't get the recognition and praise it should have.
shareI find it interesting that even though this film has gotten almost virtually no promotion, it seems to be in full wide release (it's playing in almost every theatre in my town.) I liked the original French-Belgium version (which is really good--check it out) and I'd already heard about a possible remake with Jamie Foxx at least well over two years ago---not sure why it took so long to come out,though.
shareIt got a ton of promotion in America. There was a commercial on every 2 seconds. I also thought the movie was pretty good. It wasn't as good as I was expecting, but it was good and the actors were convincing in their roles. It wasn't the stereotypical action movie that has bad acting. The main villain really convinced me as somebody who could be like that in real life. Thats good acting. Far better villain than any one of the Taken films.
