Its PG-13 I don't recall seeing any areola but I think maby she wore a skin colored costume to make her look like a naked barbie doll. (No genitalia or nipples)

That's a relief because my son is deeply terrified of aereolas, so much so that my wife actually used to feed him with a penis shaped squirt bottle
