Thoughts on Lucifer's Baby?

Kelly's birth is not that far away now, and the writers keep hinting that she will have a difficult birth, and probably lose her life during the birth? My thoughts appear to be centering around this child, wondering what the baby will be like, and how powerful this child will be once he begins to burst out into life and grow up. Will Cas become close to Kelly? Judging by those pictures it looks very much more likely. How would you feel if Cas and Kelly became a couple? Would Cas help Kelly with the baby, and keep Lucifer at bay and not allow him to have any part in the babies birth or after it's born?

What do you guys think about the baby, have you had any more thoughts?
