Jack Rabbit slim's dwarf///what does he say?

1950's was before my time (I got most of the references though). What I did not hear/understand is that after the dwarf (why a dwarf?) seats Vincent and Mia in the car, he yells something while walking away.

Does anyone know what he is saying and what it refers to?
