Any one know this commercial? Guy kissing on window

It might've been nineties but I feel like it may have been the early two-thousands. I remember it was some kid with braids, he got bored or something and started kissing all on the window next two him. When he opened his eyes he realized there were these two girls standing right out his window looking creeped out.
