dance techno group called Performer or techo dance song called Performer

I realize is quite difficult but back in 2000 or 2001 I heard a nice tune at a radio station... Sound was in the vein of Eiffel 65 and dance techno... I only remember that the radio guy talked about the song or the group with words and one of them was "performer"...

Any clue out there?
