Is a blood pressure reading of 116/87 good or bad?

I think the top number (116) is fine but I am worried about the bottom number because I think it is a high.

I don't take any meds. I'm a young 28 year old male. No medical issues. Possibly dehydrated though. Besides, I think BP varies throughout the day. So, just one reading isn't all accurate I suppose.

The 87 I think is considered borderline. Try to work on getting that down.

87 is borderline. Get it down to about 75. But the grocery store monitors are inaccurate.
