Need advice of how to feel better physically

Good evening. I am writing tonight hoping to get some ideas on how to feel better physically. I'm a 32 year old female who is overall healthy...although I don't feel like I am. I don't work out but work keeps me busy enough where I'm on my feet walking around for most of the shift. I take multivitamins and supplements and get plenty of sleep. I drink 2 liters of water a day. I don't smoke and don't drink alcohol or even coffee....yet I am just sluggish all day/night at work and when I get home, I feel hopeless and depressed dreading the next day. However, when the next day comes, I feel better mentally/emotionally..but just tired physically. I don't know what to do but I feel like I'm losing my sanity. Does anyone have any advice for me? I'd greatly appreciate it.

Sounds like you need a diversion. You don't have to work out necessarily, but try finding an activity that you can focus both your mind and body on so that all that negativity isn't taking center stage. Pushing it into the background for a while and concentrating on something else takes the edge off of life.

I know someone who started playing her kid's videogames because she found it to be a stress reliever, so it doesn't have to be something physically or mentally exhausting.

My advice is go to a doctor for an evaluation/check up.

Go for a medical check up. Hormones does play a part. Might be certain deficiency.

Most of the time fatigue happens due to the build up of metabolites in the body.
Need to buffer it by taking Beta Alanine as it increases Carnosine which buffers n wards off fatigue.
Occasionally try Intermittent Fasting for more energy n rejuvenation.

Listen carefully:

You must get your heart rate up in a continuous exercise. And you must keep it up for a minimum of 12 minutes. 15 is better. Try fast walking. Join a gym to walk fast on their treadmill. Do this 3 days a week and your sluggish feelings will be gone. Get up to 45 minutes, even more if you can.
Climb hills fast walking.

Eat small meals,

What it is is you are getting older. Your stamina is disappearing. You can regain it. But you must do a minimum of 12 minutes continuously to get it back.

Join a gym. Do the treadmill and you will feel wonderful in about one week.

If you can get your heart rate up to 140 beats per minute for one minute during the 12 minutes, you will have attained a higher level. You will feel great an hour after exercise.

Have you had your cortisol (stress hormone) levels checked? These often start out high in the morning and start lowering throughout the day. This is normal, but some people may have an adrenal issue which can ultimately contribute to any number of symptoms, ranging from mild to serious. Not all doctors are educated in the adrenal system, so if this is in fact what troubles you, you may need to seek out a specialist.
