My neighbors began moving in at the start of 2014.

They are a married couple I am familiar with, as the husband is my second cousin.
Since then I've heard nothing but insults (directed at me), and various discussions about yours truly.

The problem is that many times, I'll look out the window in the spur-of-the-moment, and neither one (neither car) is home.
However, I am familiar with both their voices, and have always been confident everything I've heard has occurred.

It occurs to me that certain homes can "trap" voices for a few, or even several hours, and relinquish them at a later time.
It is my theory, and I believe it is conceivable.

I have.
The health professionals claim I can't hear from wall-to-wall (house-to-house).

I disagree, as they're only taking average circumstances into consideration.
Perhaps they are thinking of a longer home-to-home distance, with one or two windows.
Their house is only about 6 feet away from mine, plus their home has four windows directly beside mine.
There are always many factors to consider, exceptions to everything.
