I have lots of favourite apps. Can’t live without them.
First of all, I use a lot of productivity tools. I tried out almost all the apps on this list

My all-time favourite is Evernote https://evernote.com. Probably, I am not the only one, who likes it - I have heard it is one of the most popular apps of its type. I like that I can write notes and to-do-lists and then easily access them on all my devices. Very handy!
I am also a fan of fitness apps. I run and attend gym every day, so they help me keep track of my activities. I use a basic Samsung Health app https://shealth.samsung.com, which came with my Galaxy S6. It has a pedometer and other useful features, it even can measure your stress level. I keep a diary, where I write down all the food I eat, exercises I do, my current weight and so on.
Not my favourite, but still very helpful to me as an amateur musician is BangTrack. I am really thankful to developers like Magorahttps://magora-systems.com/mobile-application-developers-london/, who create niche apps. Unfortunately, there are very few mobile apps for musicians in App Store, and BangTrack stands out among them.

My favorite is WiFi Analyzer. There's a free/pay version on Play Store, and a completely FOSS version available through F-Droid. Here's a link to F-Droid, which offers ad-free, all FOSS software with no strings attached:

https://f-droid.org/

In an age where everything seems to have strings attached, I'm liking FOSS more and more. I paid for the pay version of WiFi Analyzer once, and when I found it did not transfer to my next phone.....that's the last time I paid for an app.

I also like the TiVo app that lets me set my TiVo DVRs at home when I'm away. I have the DISH app as well, but it's not as polished IMO. (And you need Dish network service, of course.)

Now if the question is which one I use most, it's the phone app of course! 
