Batman v Superman Ultimate Edition
Why wouldn't they release an "Ultimate Edition" on DVD?? Why only Blu Ray?

Well, 98% of my library's film/tv collection is on dvd, including their new releases. And as I can get nearly any film released on disc from them, I'm perfectly happy to keep patronizing dvds. Because they're free. And they take less time to make a copy of than a BluRay.
