Let me describe about the movie story.

The hero (may be Burt Reynolds i think) with co-driver is a professional Car Jumping over Other Cars and Fire. He needs to settle in USA
The heroine is professor daughter. Who develops biological weapon to some military.
he is from US. The military wants to use that biological weapon against USA. So he hand it over to his daughter and ask her escape from the country.
She hires the hero and they are try to escape from the country. In between, the military follows them and try to kill.
They are escapes each turn in road, sea and from ship.(From Ship to hurbor its a super seen in the movie)
Lost in climax the hero hit by the military and the co-driver drives the car. Heroine try to hook the car while driving in the hill near by cliff and hooks the car.
