Before I knew better I had an egg blow the door of the microwave open.
I must've jumped 3 feet off the ground! I still chuckle sometimes when I think about it.

Sometimes they really pack a punch! But other times...nothing. What are the factors that cause them to eggsplode? 💥
Hopefully you took it out of the shell first and pierced the yolk before you turned on the heat. :):):)

I don't think I've ever microwaved an egg in my life, and I'm no spring chicken.
Done properly, eggs, butter and cheese mixed together in a mug or bowl and microwaved makes for a delicious quick and easy meal.
