The Blurb announcing the closing of the message boards says:During this two-week transition period, which concludes on February 19, 2017...And as the times of posts are reckoned by Pacific Standard Time.... that's midnight on the night of 19th/20th PST.
For me in London, that's 8AM on Monday morning.

I think Heyuactor is right. As of 12:01 AM, on the 20th, the boards will shut down. The question is in what time zone? My guess would be GMT, which would be 3:00 PM, tomorrow, here on the west coast. We'll see.
