CNN is not news, CNN is opinion. The goal of American mainstream media is not to report the news to the public, right at this moment their goal is to take down the Trump presidency. They had a lot invested in Hillary Clinton and despite all their efforts and dishonest stories she didn't win so now they are trying to destroy Trump. Barack Obama had total immunity from those outlets Trump mentioned. They never once properly critiqued Obama's presidency instead he received nothing but fawning and glowing praise from an adoring press which is why Obama went after Fox News the same way Trump has every right to attack those DNC controlled outlets and the Goebbels type propaganda network the Democratic Party have set up to masquerade as "news media"

They don't have to do anything to destroy Trump, Trump does a good enough job of that all by himself.

He's a pathological liar, even after he's been corrected he just comes out the next time and repeats the same lie. Nobody has to point that out to anybody, they notice it.

They see Trump promising an ambassadorship to the owner of a baseball team if they he sells the baseball team to an extended family member. They've heard the racist remarks, see the racists he's surrounded himself with in the White House, they've seen him piss on the American worker, they've seen the legislative gifts he's given to Wall St., the elimination of the Clean Water Act etc.

All that Trump needs to destroy himself is for the American public to see and hear him.

See no reason to claim it is while saying CNN is not. We could get into general classification as to what "news" actually is, but since I repect both your insight and wisdom, know that you would never ignore such a patent logical and objective internal inconsistency on such.

So what is your definition of "news"?

Fox News was the only news outlet which didn't give Obama fawning gushing praise over everything he did. Hence why Obama did this which was perfectly fine with people like you who are now foaming at the mouth over Trump

This latest volley from the president is just one in a long line of comments from his White House as part of their campaign to silence any dissent they detect in the press corps.

Recently, the White House has kept Fox News off of conference calls dealing with the Benghazi attack, despite Fox News being the only outlet that was regularly reporting on it and despite Fox having top notch foreign policy reporters.
