Question for fans of the Fables series

Which issue featured Goldilocks traveling to different worlds (in that flying car, I think) trying to convert the creatures she finds into Communism. I know in one scene she is talking to the prince of some kingdom of squirrel like beings and he says "let's play that game again where I try to find your tail if you had one"
