Enquiry a crime movie name

The story of the movie is about revenge of the actor.

There are 2 main actresses in the movie as I remember , one is brown skin woman and one is white woman. Both are the girl friends of the actor.

The brown skin woman has a Scorpion tattoo on her back and her haircut just likes Cleopatra (1963),

Most of the scenarios are on a yacht. The last scenario is on a island. This movie is produced around 1980s and early 1990s
