Which of these two animated movies from the team of Trey Parker and Matt Stone do you think is better and why?

I'm biased and I love South Park, so South Park Bigger Longer and Uncut.

Avenged Sevenfold and My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic fan

While I like both I prefer Bigger, Longer, and Uncut because i feel it's funnier, more memorable, pretty daring for it's time.

South park. I watched that movie many times and the humor never got old.
