Out of these three modern horror directors, who is your favourite?

- James Wan (director of Saw, Dead Silence, The Conjuring 1 + 2 and Insidious 1 + 2)
- Oren Peli (director of Paranormal Activity and Area 51)
- Rob Zombie (director of House of 1000 Corpses, The Devil's Rejects, The Lords of Salem and the Halloween I + II remakes).

I very much enjoy all of their work but I find James Wan to be the most talented and consistent. However Rob Zombie has made my favourite Horror film out of the above-mentioned films and that is The Lords of Salem which I found to be quite brilliant indeed.

They all suck.

Yoo Ha and Robert Eggers are the best right now.

Eggers has best potential. Only saw PA from Peli and that one is great

 kinda tough picks

10 years ago i would have said that Rob Zombie was my favorite, and even though i thought Saw was just OK, i really liked Insidious and its sequels. And i am a sucker for Paranormal Activity flicks as well, but those are just too easy to produce.

I'll go with James Wan. For now ...

I also like how Oren Peli also produced the Insidious films and The Lord of Salem. He's a common name in Horror right now.

Wan, I couldn't care less about the other two.

Kind of lukewarm on all three, but James Wan is probably the most consistent in his continued production of entertaining, but safe and formulaic genre fare - which I guess makes him the Marvel Studios of modern horror, and also explains his continued success. Zombie would be more interesting if he wasn't such a godawful writer, and Peli had one hit that he's failed to live up to since.
