Good suggestions (and great movies) but sadly, no. I think (though not sure) that it was from a mob, or crime or political genre movie. I remember the exclamation - noNO - was exclaimed in an "elevated" tone.
Hopefully it will come to me some time either here or just "POP", just as a few others have recently, like "the jig is up" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m-Dz5Apwayg.

shareOK, I've narrowed it down. I am pretty pretty pretty sure it is from a scene in the Sopranos. Someone is being talked into agreeing to something, is about to go along and suddenly realizes he should not and exclaims
no NO
