I like Eva Löbau
She's in way too many shorts, but she's also in Maren Ade's "The Forest For the Trees" which is really good.

I don't watch a lot of foreign films so it's really based on a very narrow scope but I'll say Kim Tae-ri. Little Forest is one of the best films I've seen in a long time. Everyone in the cast does great but Kim Tae-ri has most of the focus so I guess that's why I favor her part.
