I definitely don't agree with that. She not only looks every bit her age, but also worse than she should due to the surgical vandalism she's had done to her face:

That's solid nightmare fuel right there.

Tom Cruise has probably gone under the knife too, but if he has, at least it was minor enough that he doesn't look like he's wearing a face that he cut off a corpse. Either way, I still think he looks his age.

Cosmetic surgery has never made anyone look/seem younger; not once, not ever. That's because younger faces look nothing like older surgically-altered faces. Plus you can still see the age in the rest of their skin, particularly on their hands; you can see it in the way they walk/move, and you can hear it in their voice.
