Where’s the testosterone in modern movie stars?

I just rewatched The Rock and Connery oozed movie star gravitas - he’s tall, deep voiced, with big hands, and although he’s a likeable character you instinctively wouldn’t fuck with the guy.

Movie stars of his era had a level of testosterone that you simply don’t see anymore. Where the hell did it go?

I know stars of today are from a generation of pampered babies who live online, but what explains the physical degeneration?

It is available at the pharmacy in gel, patch and injection form.

That’s some creepy supplement. No supplement can alter hand-size and the other attributes that form when testosterone is naturally produced in the body.

First: I think what you're really talking about is charisma, not "testosterone."

Second: Daniel Craig has plenty of it.

reply

Nope, I’m talking about testosterone, including the physical attributes that come with High T.

I addressed Craig here: https://moviechat.org/general/General-Discussion/62dde545da9ee750bb68432e/Wheres-the-testosterone-in-modern-movie-stars?reply=62e1baf8cb27b91eaf732993

Hard to believe Connery was only 32 when he started playing Bond. I can’t think of any actor these days who exhibits that kind of alpha-energy at that age.

I wonder if the move from dangerous manual labour to sitting on yer ass typing hasn’t led to some kind of generational drop in testosterone in men, humans after all evolve to fit their environments.

Or maybe it’s microplastics in food, or hormones finding their way into the water supply.
