There was a Bond film from the 90s (I think it was GoldenEye) where Bond stopped the clock at 0:07.

For once I want them to make a movie where you hear a clock ticking, and a heartbeat and then they cut to the time and they have like an hour left.

I think I've seen a movie where the clock goes to 0 but didn't blow up when they defused it. That's a bit more realistic, I guess.
