What do you, and also others, possibly, but also not possibly, think about the idea or concept that MovieChat implements a limit of posts, or threads if you want to call it that, that you can post, or start, within a day, or 24 hours?
You know, or maybe you don't know, why I'm asking this.

shareFWIW, the only reason I block anyone is to up the signal/noise ratio. Has zero to do with content. Seeing as how everyone has their own personal threshold, I'd be against such an arbitrary blanket limit in theory, but less so in practice.

shareIt's a matter of personal tolerances, masochism or devotion to trolling, imo. Some folks get their kicks arguing with mental midgets all day. Who am I to deprive them of such "pleasures?" Now, I like a lively discussion as long as there is a modicum of detectible intelligence fueling it. It's the pages full of mindless posts that are from a coin toss of either bots or nine ear olds that make me glad for the ignore function. If that did not exist, I'd be more amenable to an auto-penalty box feature. And FWIW, IIRC I only have one or two here, and maybe four or five at F|B, which adds to that place's sense of IMDb nostalgia.

Maybe if mod sees it's happening a lot, they can do a temporary ban.
