DELTA the MUTANT STRAIN from INDIA INVADES MISSOURI

https://www.news-leader.com/story/news/2021/06/11/covid-19-variant-spreading-missouri-tourist-hotspots-coronavirus-greene-county-coxhealth-pandemic/7660008002/

>>Southwest Missouri’s most popular tourist areas are the epicenter of a COVID-19 outbreak linked to the Delta variant that is responsible for making India second to the United States in coronavirus cases.

>>low vaccination rates are allowing the variant, which accounts for 6 percent of all cases in the U.S., to spread rapidly. Webster County, where only 26 percent of residents are fully vaccinated, has added 97 cases this month through Friday after reporting 106 in the final 15 days of May.

>>The variant has been identified in the wastewater from Marshfield, the county seat.

reply

Well I hope to fucking God that the people there have the sense to follow simple preventive like masks and hand hygiene!

Honestly, anyone who's politicized common-sense measures intended to keep people from getting sick deserves to be burned alive now, and then burn in hell for all eternity later. They're responsible for so many needless deaths.

reply

Since this DELTA STRAIN is much more DEADLY and CONTAGIOUS (up to 100% worse than the original strain of COVID), anyone who's refused to be VACCINATED won't need to GO to HELL to be in HELL once they CATCH IT.

Because CATCHING it will also be a LIVING HELL for them right here on EARTH.

But they'll probably also take their LAST BREATHS (like the others did who INSISTED that COVID doesn't EXIST and was nothing but a HOAX) by also refusing to accept that the DELTA STRAIN is killing them.

And the rest of us who have been VACCINATED will probably also end up needing BOOSTER SHOTS pretty soon thanks to their ATTITUDES towards the VIRUS.

🙄

reply

If the hospitals in that region get overwhelmed, and there's a shortage of medical care, it ought to be legal to deny care to anti-vaxxers and anti-maskers, especially anyone who's campaigned against either on social media or in a political context.

After all, they've done their best to make sure other people get sick and shown that they don't care if they get sick themselves, why should they get to use scarce medical resources when the spread of the disease is partly their fault. Or all, in the case of politicians.

reply

I understand how you feel, but since they've also been STUFFED FULL of all kinds of DELUSIONAL MISINFORMATION (such as the VACCININES having TRACKING DEVICES in them and loads of other SILLY BS like that), all one can do is PITY them and what they're about to endure.

Otherwise, don't we also RISK becoming just as HEARTLESS and as UNKIND and as UNCARING as they've been???

😟

reply

If it comes to denying care, which has certainly happened in India where this virus has raged, well. It's pretty clear who deserves care the least.

But I'm nice enough to totally, genuinely, feverently hope it doesn't come to that, if necessary I hope that states where the people have the sense to get vaccinated can absorb patients or donate resources if needed.

reply

Since it's mostly STATES LOCATED in the SOUTHEASTERN area of the country that refuses to get VACCINATED, and it's states located in the NORTH and EAST areas that are VACCINATED, it's probably not very likely states in the NORTHERN areas are going to ABSORB others in the SOUTH that aren't anywhere near them.

Here's a MAP showing the STATES that have the LEAST AMOUNT of people VACCINATED which are indicated by the WHITE AREAS that are EMPTY of COLOR and are also mostly all CLUMPED together:

https://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/volumes/69/wr/figures/mm6942a1-F.gif

Because who is going to PAY to TRANSPORT them to where they need to go and how are they going to get there when it's also not very likely airlines are going to allow someone SICK with a HIGH FEVER to travel there on airplanes?

These people who refused to get VACCINATED have pretty much SCREWED themselves over in ways they probably don't even begin to imagine.

But the GOOD NEWS is how we have about HALF the country VACCINATED, which is also what will help to prevent us from becoming like INDIA where they BURNED BODIES on SIDEWALKS because there were too many of them.

But that's also only in areas where 70% or more of the population is VACCINATED, which probably also means other AREAS where only 20 or 30% have been VACCINATED are still at RISK of ending up needing to do something like that once they become just as overwhelmed with people DROPPING DEAD while waiting outside of already OVER CROWED HOSPITALS that have no ROOM for them.

So that's also where the experience of being in a LIVING HELL right here on EARTH comes into play for those who have REFUSED to get VACCINATED.

UPDATE: June 19, 2021

On the news they also said that it's mostly YOUNGER people who are CATCHING the NEW STRAIN, due to the way a much LARGER percentage of OLDER FOLKS have been VACCINATED.

Because those who are YOUNGER are still under the impression that it won't KILL them the way it does OLDER FOLKS.

As a result, they also say about 14% of those YOUNGER ones are ending up in the HOSPITAL now.

So what use to be the OLDER FOLKS who were most at RISK ending up being there, is now the YOUNGER ones who are MOST at RISK being there.

Hand hygiene DOES work.

Masks?????? Not really.

reply

Masks to keep the viruses from getting out, hand hygiene to keep the viruses from getting in. Do it right and it works, or would if so many people weren't total fucking idiots!

Vaccines to keep the viruses from having any place to live.

reply

It's pretty crazy that anybody needed to be reminded to wash their hands after riding the subway or using the toilet but here we are, some people are just slobs

Purely anecdotal but I've noticed VERY few absences at work due to colds or flu over the last year

Maybe masks are a good thing, they are not terribly intrusive

Perhaps when the FALL arrives, and the VIRUS becomes even WORSE at that time (the way it always does when cooler weather comes), then maybe you won't see the situation as being some kind of a SICK JOKE.

Because this NEW DELTA STRAIN is much more CONTAGIOUS and DEADLY than the one that we had last year which KILLED more than 600,000 people here in the US.

But I suppose the DEATHS of more than 1/2 a MILLION people is also seen by you as being still another "Falling Sky" situation as well???

🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

reply

600,000 people may have died WITH covid, but I do not believe they all died FROM covid. So those stats are bogus, and you can shove it up your ass, Leftard!

😎

reply

FLINGING FORTH a FALLACY like the ARGUMENTUM AD HOMINEN at someone does NOTHING whatsoever to prove any point to us.

On the CONTRARY, all it does is PROVE to us that you're a NASTY NAME CALLING TROLL who doesn't have anything else to say that supports your BOGUS claim that 600,000 people didn't DIE from COVID.

In other words, it's also perfectly clear to us how INTELLECTUALLY BANKRUPT you and your ARGUMENT are, which is also why you result to the INFANTILE use of NAME CALLING.

CDC: Delta variant will likely become the dominant strain ...

https://www.whec.com/coronavirus/cdc-delta-variant...

>>23 hours ago · The Delta variant first found in India, now makes up nearly 10% of the cases here in the United States. That's up from 6% from a week ago.

As you can see, Instead of the SKY FALLING, the DELTA RATES are RISING.

So Thank you for the way that you keep BUMPING UP my TOPIC.

Your TROLLING EFFORTS can be very handy for doing something like that.

😛😛😛😛😛

Thanks for the heads up killer.

Since TROLLS also BUMP UP topics for us each time they resort to their INFANTILE NAME CALLING, that can also be useful in bringing the topic to the attention of others who appreciate knowing about how QUICKLY this DELTA MUTANT STRAIN of the COVID VIRUS is spreading now.

BASICALLY They say we've got another 2 months until cases "SKYROCKET" in the FALL -- when people stay inside more than they do in the SUMMERTIME -- which means it will SPREADING and INFECTING even more people at that time.

And when it also already increased from 6% of cases to 10% in just ONE WEEK, it's INCREASING even more quickly than that when AUTUMN arrives is also a pretty CREEPY thing to consider.

By the way, for supposedly being a non-tard you're spelling is atrocious.

My spelling is perfect, you moronic pos!

Tard is a hip abbreviation, you fucking idiot. Such a sheltered life you've led, butt head!

BTW, slow day at your house?

😎

reply

I'm fully aware of that. But the fact remains, you spelled "retard" as "tard". Hip does not equal English.

reply

No, idiot. I spelled tard as tard! Moron!

😎

reply

It's not a word, moron.

reply

Believe it or not, it's actually in the Oxford English Dictionary: -

(Helpful Andy).

reply

idiot spellings do not count. That is like saying that chad is a word.

reply

Well, you should let the publishers know straight away.

reply

I'm letting you know as a speaker of the language.

reply

No problem.

reply

That is not a real dictionary. Come back and talk to me when the OED adds it.

reply

I see you used it also: -

reply

you seem to miss the point of retorts.

🤣

reply

tard is a perfectly acceptable word.

reply

If everyone knows what it means, then it's in common English usage and is therefore acceptable.

"Tard" (n): a person who has an intellectual disability (often used as a general term of abuse), a.k.a. anti-vaxxer.

reply

Yeah , I think if you know what I mean, then I've done my job.thats communication.

reply

Exactly.

I've had to explain that around here, or rather, the reverse. If nobody knows what you mean, then no matter how many words you used, you're not communicating well.

reply

Huh?

reply

[deleted]

So I assume your parents were siblings, right?

😎

reply

No, but obviously yours were.

What an extremely lame comeback! You know I'd insult you again, but then I'd have to explain it afterwards, so never mind.

Oh thank goodness. What would your badge be worth without new deadly variants?
Imagine if things were back to normal. Would you vanish?

reply

https://www.msn.com/en-us/health/medical/cdc-director-warns-delta-variant-could-soon-become-dominant-coronavirus-strain-in-us/ar-AALbJZh?ocid=uxbndlbing

>>"When these viruses mutate, they do so with some advantage to the virus. In this case, it is more transmissible," Walensky said. "It's more transmissible than the alpha variant, or the U.K. variant, that we have here. We saw that quickly become the dominant strain in a period of one or two months, and I anticipate that is going to be what happens with the delta strain here."

It's ATTITUDES like the one that you express that are responsible for this DELTA problem and the way that it's spreading now.

Because without people being so RESISTANT to getting VACCINATED the VIRUS also wouldn't be able to MUTATE and keep getting MORE DANGEROUS and CONTAGIOUS as it does so.

Therefore it would also be YOU who WEARS a BADGE, one that also places anyone who listens to you in DANGER of CATCHING it and DYING from it.

Sooner or later we're all going to VANISH.

And Those who haven't been VACCINATED will probably also DISAPPEAR SOONER rather than LATER.

🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

reply

I'm not telling anyone to do anything. Masks are no longer required where I live. I'm vaxed, too. Your attitude is straight out of the history books.

I will feel bad for you and your loss of cause when this is over (soon). However, I feel certain that you will find a new badge and a use for all those nooses you have at the ready.
