Is there anything for us after death?

Is there anything for us after death? Just a grave if you're lucky. I hope there is something.

Yeah, I know it's a joke.

I should have asked a group of 10-year-olds?

I believe in life after death.
Tens of thousands of people have clinically died and have incredible stories to tell. The near death experience is getting a lot of attention in the medical community.
We are not born a blank slate. I have witnessed this as a parent. They have personalities, a soul from the start. Where did that come from? It's not just DNA, and chemicals. We are part of The Source. The source is like a signal, filtered through the brain, we forget our selves. I'm not good at explaining. And its intensely personal. Perhaps that's why folks make light of the topic. Its death, its frightening.
My experiences with psychedelic drugs has also given me much faith, and conviction that it is true.

Just a rant - What made us? We didn't make ourselves. "psychedelic drugs" LSD-25 (i took all kinds of acid) is something I dabbled in back in the '70s and '80s. And I agree that death is frighting.

My Grandmother told me not to fear death, because it will come out of the blue and you won't know what hit you, or you will be so sick that you don't care. I've gotten some comfort from that.
