Instead of striking a deal with the Australian government to pay news organisations for using their content, they decided to remove all news organisations.

The newsfeed no longer has news.

That's how you destroy an app.

Yes, i miss the old days. There used to be active social platforms for every hobby and interest. I had to make a Facebook account just to keep an eye on the local buy/sell

It is The Onion. Every single article is a parody or joke. In that case, they are making fun of the "everyone is a racist" snowflakes. Note the Australia article and their Cuomo article linked there. This is what S.N.L. should have continued to do, years ago.
