I don’t know who scored Conan but it’s absolutely great. I especially like it during the scenes when Subotai is defending with his bow. It’s perfect. Hell, I think the film is so underrated.

shareI am fighting with myself for not going on and on about some Herrmann work (being a Hitchcock freak) so I'm going to praise Jerome Moross and his score for the ages with THE BIG COUNTRY (1958). A wonderfully cast and brilliantly made film with a mediocre story.
