If your hurting for years...obviously your family and friends CANNOT convince you.
So go seek a stranger.
You may have a chemical imbalance in the brain.
Medication can help.
Ugh. Gym over medications. Exercise can do a whole lot of wonders and affect your mood in a positive way. It's sad how most people in the country are obese these days.
I don't buy into this whole "drug people up" over every little mishap. It's one of things that is wrong with modern culture.
Just imagine. If more people would exercise and hit the gym, the less burden our healthcare system would be. And of course, proper diet.
