I watched a Youtube ad about this. I forgot what the brand name but it basically was a rubber contraption you put in your mouth to chew on. Do this for a few months it will strenghten your jaw muscles and burn the fat.

Diet.

Duct tape.

Join a club with a lot of bullfrogs. It won't get rid of your double chin, but it will cause you to be envied and respected for your puffy-throat prowess.

Serious exercise planking should solve your problem.
