Have you ever received poor/improper treatment from a doctor?

What exactly happened?

reply

YES...HE STOPPED TAKING MY CALLS AND THEN TO MAKE IT WORSE...HE WENT AHEAD AND DELIVERED YOU...DESPITE MY WARNINGS.🤔

Yeah, but the worst part is he never called again 🤨

reply

I was going to say the Colin Baker years were pretty bad, but I don't think he'd get the reference.

reply

I’m glad you said it anyway 😆

reply

Nice one, Andy.

reply

YES.

Doctor advised me to stay out of work due to a work related injury.

HR rep talked doctor into making me come back to work immediately.

It made the injury worse and I had to quit.

The same guy embezzled money out of my retirement account from that company.

He's a swell guy.

Is this a new instance with a different doctor for you? I mean you've complained about this on more than one occasion. If your doctor isn't treating you well, go see a different doctor. If you've seen several and they are all treating you poorly, maybe it's you?

reply

Same issue multiple doctors

reply

Then maybe it's you.

I'm not trying to be a jerk here, but you seem to have problems with so many things. I can see one doctor, maybe two, giving poor treatment, but multiple?? Are these like at a walk in clinic, or your own physician?

reply

I had a doctor who was very rude. I'm a bit overweight and he asked me to stick out my tongue and say "oink"

reply

Haha wtf?? Did you report him?

reply

I'm joking. I stole that one from Norm Macdonald.

I don't recall being mistreated by a doctor, but have had a couple bad experiences with dentists. Thankfully my current one is excellent.

reply

My psychiatrist told me, “You’re crazy.”
“I want a second opinion,” I said.
“OK,” says the doctor, “you’re ugly, too.”

Both Henny Youngman and Rodney Dangerfield are credited with using this joke.

reply

I told my psychiatrist that I'm contemplating suicide. He told me, "you gotta do what you gotta do."

🙂
That reminds me of a magazine cartoon I saw one time. A suicidal guy was standing on the ledge of a tall building. Across the street was a Nike billboard with their slogan: Just Do It.

Back in 2012 I had to get surgery to repair a herniated disc in my lower back. When I first had the problem the doctor I saw tried a steroid shot into the disc. I had the first shot and after a few weeks knew it didn’t work. Well the same doctor wanted to do another shot which she did but nothing changed for me. After the first shot didn’t work she should have referred me to surgeon to perform the surgery I needed to fix the problem. I got the surgery and am fine, but I shouldn’t have wasted time and money getting that second shot.

reply

Yes, in the way that when some of them explain you something with a lot of medical terms and if you try to repeat the same with "normal words " just to be sure that you have understood properly, they react annoyed giving you the impression that you are a little bit silly.
