shareIt's not. Popeil sold the company in 2005, and the new owners filed for bankruptcy two years later. They tried several attempts at re-organizing the company but finally gave up and liquidated it in 2018.

shareI remember I bugged my mom for his food dehydrator when I was a kid. I used it twice . They are so cheesy and funny
shareIn the early 80s we had a giant white dehydrator about the size of a car tire. It turned fruit into leather. The banana chips were almost ok but on the hard side.
Infomercials for music compilations seemed to be the most common. The last one of note before they started disappearing that I remember was Freedom Rock. "Hey, is that Freedom Rock? Turn it up!"
