Not only they didn't get rid of prayers, they extended it into a combined Christan Woke prayer.

"Amen and A-woman" is a long-lived Southern/black preacher signature. Rep. Cleaver meant it as a kind of witticism. He doesn't think AMEN actually has the word MEN in it; he wasn't being hyper-anything.

If they're gonna include classic signatures, though, they should open the prayer with "Amen and A-woman and A-team", and then pick a cigar and add "I love it when a prayer comes together" 😂
