Is Rotten Tomatoes owned by a Chinese Company?

Just wondering why a search for the movie "The Interview," which was banned in North Korea, gets no results.

reply

Nope. Try a new search for it. All you'll get is "The Inner Scar."

reply

huh, you're right. weirdness.

if you do a google search for the film, you'll find it\s rt page, but when i tried searching on the site, it didn't pull it up.

but the movie definitely has an rt page and a middling rating to go with it.

reply

I am able to get it on my tablet. Did you use a computer?

reply

yeah, i tried it on my laptop.

but i just tried on my phone, and it pulled it right up.

and i just tried using a different browser. when i searched on firefox on my laptop, it didn't pull up the film.
but when i searched on chrome, it found it.

bizarre!

There you go

Founder(s): Senh Duong
Key people: Senh Duong, Patrick Y. Lee, Stephen Wang

They are owned by Warner and NBC. Not much difference between them and China.

reply

Yeah, not much difference between Duong and Wang.
