Where would you rather live: Alaska or Hawaii?

I like the cold so Alaska. Besides, it's closer to my home province of BC, so easier to travel.

Hawaii is literally in the middle of nowhere. That's gotta be anxiety-inducing and claustrophobic.

Not terribly knowledgable about either, but based on what I've seen, Hawaii.

I couldn't deal with the cold, nor the dearth of sunlight during Alaska's winters, so I'd choose Hawaii.
