Like, someone who specifically targeted celebrities as their victims? Can you imagine if someone killed anywhere from at least four to six of them AND got away with it? That's something to grab the headlines for sure.

shareThe sad thing to me is that many serial killers actually obtain infamy and celebrity status in certain circles, while their victims are just numbers and forgotten names.

shareSure, but I like the idea of denying the killer the any sort of public recognition. The best example I can think of is New Zealand’s prime minister Jacinda Ardern refusing to use the name of the maniac who murdered 50 Muslim people in a Christchurch mosque a while back. She made it clear he doesn’t deserve celebrity status and made a point of concentrating on those killed instead. I’d like to see more of that, personally.
