Do you consider Foreigner's "Say You Will" to be a power ballad?

I do and it rarely seems to get any mention when it comes to them talking about Foreigner.

No I don’t because the tempo is a little too fast for ballad territory.

It probably gets overlooked in favour of both ‘Waiting For A Girl Like You’ and ‘I Want To Know What Love Is’, which were colossal international hits.

I seldom ever hear "Say You Will" on our local radio anymore which is a shame because it's one of their best songs.

I'd lean toward no as it's a bit fast though it does have the 'love lyrics' thing down...I'm no expert but no

No it is not, like Andy said temp too fast and the content and melody are not ballad material either
