Dutch doesn't seem like a guy who would harass a drifter. Dutch probably takes Rambo out to lunch at the local diner and they eat pie and talk about how the government used/played both of them or their Vietnam tours since they have that common ground. That could be a movie though. It would be like on Golden Pond except with war vets.
