Does anyone know the title of this movie?

So I think this romantic movie was released before 2010.
It's about a widow who lost her husband and then she falls in love with her husband's brother. (It's not Loving Leah)
I assume that I watched it around 10 years ago where I was still a teenager and cannot remember the movie well, only several scenes that I can remember (which I also cannot guarantee my memory about the scenes are all correct, I might mess up).

The widow cries in a bathtub at her husband's funeral. Then, her husband's brother enters the bathroom, and the brother kisses a woman, a maid if I remember correctly.
Well, the widow and the brother slowly attract to each other and there's a scene where they go to like a cabin at the seashore together.
And hey, I even forget how's the ending since I only watch it once.
