is that the one where the cave had been sealed by landslide so they were preserved more? that theres a 3d movie about?

I’m not in anyway an expert in this subject, and I don’t have a large frame of reference, but I’ve always been fascinated with the paintings mentioned in the OP, the Lascaux caves in France. I had to look one up online because there are many and I don’t remember specifics off the top of my head. Lots of subjects but the artists did like the equine species:

Another one I remember quite vividly is a painting from the Cueva de las Manos in Argentina. Prehistoric simplicity, if you will, but it’s like they were leaving us messages through the display of their hands, a way of saying “hello”; the colors of red, pink, and what looks like a purple...interesting works.
