I have to go with the Newborn hybrid in Alien Resurrection. Truly disgusting-looking I think because of his human DNA.

shareHow about the Brain Bug from "Starship Troopers?" It isn't his appearance that solely makes me ill, it's what he does to gain intel from humans captured by the soldier bugs. To this day, I can't watch that scene. I feel better when the girl stops him from doing the same thing to her, and later the big lug is captured.
The Goblin King in the first "Hobbit" movie is soooo disgusting, I can't bear to look at him. When we were watching in the theaters, I kept my eyes up in the left or right corners of the screen whenever the camera was trained on him.
The Xenomorph Queen in "Aliens" can be pretty gross, particularly while she's laying eggs. But then again, the soldier xenomorphs can be just as gross, with the slime and all.
In Creepshow 2, the hitchhiker is pretty grotesque after being nothing more then a bloodied torso that licks the lady driver in the end.
