StoneKeeper's Movie Guessing Game: I recommend THIS movie #1185 - On We Chive [Kawada_Kira arrives just in time with THE LAST STATION]

I was originally going to go with a different pick for this round, but instead I'll sit on it and go with a standby that I've been meaning to mention for a while...

All right, a good time is in the offing, and good health I wish for all my MC sisters and brothers in the fight....let’s get to the game, that’ll take care of the GOOD TIMES part....

You know the deal... a hint is provided with each guess....as per the exalted Stonekeepers’s instructions, the hint/connection can include “Actor, length, genre, aspect ratio, language, country, year, director, actor, writer in common, rating, number of votes, nominations. It can even be something like: both movies involve Cabbage Patch Kids. Also, you can use Metascore color or rating, Rotten Tomatoes score, any award wins or nominations in common, same number of words in the title, plot keywords...Movie must have at least 3500 IMDB votes. Otherwise, add a bonus hint....Maximum 2 guesses per player per hint...Can't edit a guess once posted. Delete ONLY”...

After 12 hints and 15 guesses, if the movie doesn’t come up, point goes to the OP and he/she can start this glorious process once again....

Kawada_Kira shoveled enough coal to uncover this round's mystery film. There's a lot more going on than meets the eye with The Last Station (2009), a film ostensibly about the twilight years of Leo Tolstoy and his wife played by Christopher Plummer and Helen Mirren, respectively. I don't even think it's mainly about the storyline with Paul Giamatti's scheming. No, dear reader, no - the heart and soul of this film belongs to Ms. Kerry Condon in a role that I am legitimately shocked didn't launch her into the stratosphere of stardom. But maybe that's why she's such a standout here in my eyes; she plays an honest, heartfelt character instead of trying to be a star. There are multiple big names with substantial roles in The Last Station, but in terms of overall emotional impact, Condon steals the show.

When it feels scary to hint, that is exactly when you hint.

You've mentioned that 1972 was a stacked year for awards contenders, and I think 2007 falls in the same vein.
