All over the place there are all these comments to the effect that "this movie is the best movie ever made" or "this actor or actress is the best actor, or the most beautiful, or the handsomest".
You would think that anyone over the age of 10 would be mature enough to have something more intelligent to say, but it seems not.
Unless it's Goodfellas, because in that particular case it is the best movie ever made. At least, best American movie.

shareSeriously, it was such a weird concept. I had a friend who was really into them at school and even paid for a doll to go on āvacationā. Basically she posted it off and it came back with holiday photos of it sunbathing etc. Even as a child I found that disturbing lol

shareTo me films, acting, music even food isn't a contest as it all comes down to personal taste in the end so yeah it is pretty silly to claim an actor or film etc is "the best" as what might be considered the best for some is absolute crap to others.
