The book or the movie?

Hollywood sometimes makes movies that are based on books. (No, really, it's true.)

Do you prefer to read the book and then see the movie, or do you prefer to see the movie first and then read the book?

Personally, I'm always disappointed in the movie if I've read the book first, but I still enjoy the book if I've seen the movie first.

I'm with you. If I see the movie first, I can appreciate it even when I read the book. If I read the book first, I will be annoyed at what they've changed. I wondered why it was that way, but I think for me it's because I imagine everything so vividly when I read, that it's just so different when I see someone else's interpretation.

Movie first then book

Book always.

Book first, usually. With series it's the opposite, though, I prefer to watch the series first.

The book.

"BOOK"...WHAT IS THAT?🙂

Book first for me

Book does into more detail. However, I noticed that if I watch the movie first, it makes me really eager to commit to reading the book from start to finish.
