Some love for blur, nice....

reply

Yeah, I prefer them over Oasis. 😎

reply

Yeah, that was quite the Brit battle in the 90s...now Noel and Albarn are chums, go figure...but not Liam, he still hates everybody, lol...

I like both bands...

reply

Me too, but I dont have all the Oasis albums, I liked the early stuff best.

reply

Your list is alright with the exception of "Aerosmith". Their just pure garbage that should be tossed and incinerated.

reply

Up until Done With Mirrors Aerosmith was quite good actually, in the late 80's they went full on pop and that's when they became pure garbage.

reply

If that Frankenmonkey (poser singer) has always sounded as bad as I've known him to sound, then I can't see how Aerosmith could even come close to sounding good. I make better sounds than that freak and his wanna be musician mates with my ass.

reply

Yeah, after reading down to 49, I thought for sure 50 would be Lisa Loeb or The Sundays...oh well...

Jk, 497, some good stuff there....King Diamond in the house...get some bey-beh!

reply

I saw King Diamond last November, it was so freaking amazing.

reply

Cool, though I’ll admit, he kinda scares me, lol...I gave up my pseudo-satanism after the early Motley Crue days, but King Diamond is an interesting dude....don’t know everything about him, but read an interview some time ago and I remember him discussing his religious philosophy...there was some LaVeyan Satanism themes, but what stuck out most is that he didn’t really subscribe to anything that was really ecclesiastical or deeply religious...more of an agnostic if you ask me; he admitted, iirc, not knowing or really caring if there was a higher power, at least that’s what I got from the interview...shyt, i read it so long ago, but it stuck with me...still, sorta scares me, haha...but hey, rock on brother....get some !

Good times !

reply

Yeah his version of Satanism is actually a lot closer to agnostic atheism. He's not the kind of guy who drinks baby blood and sacrifices goats. When he was talking to the audience he actually seemed like a pretty nice guy. I doubt he's going to tour for a while due to Covid but if you ever get the chance to see him I definitely suggest it. The setlist very much did NOT have my favorite songs (No Mercyful Fate covers, No Jonah, No Charon, No Portrait, No Family Ghost, No At The Graves, No Cremation, etc.) and I still loved it, he made songs I never really cared for that much sound amazing.
