Washington Injuns

reply

All my native american friends get mad when I say it that way. Why though, I don’t get it.

reply

> I propose the "Washington Snowflakes".

I like it! Although I've gotta give a slight edge to "Washington Would-Be Men Without Balls."

reply

The Capitol Redskins?

reply

[deleted]

The Washington Wankers is perfect👍

As a NY Giants fan I hate them, I hate their faces and everything about them

My favorite neighbor is a HUGE Redskins fan...somehow we have remained cordial

reply

[deleted]

Because I trust your judgement I will back off

How's about the Washington Scoundrels That Tax Me To The Bone While Giving Each Other Insane Tax Breaks?

Too 'wordy?'
It may not fit on a jersey

reply

[deleted]

The Washington Incompetent Idiots could work👍

reply

The Redskin fans consider the Dallas Cowboys to be their primary rival. That's probably because of people dubbing the Cowboys "America's Team," with people rooting for them who never lived near there (just like many Yankees fans.)

reply

Until NFL-style football becomes an Olympic sport, there is no such thing as "America's Team."

reply

Not as bad as those stupid patriots! Also we need to figure this out. We can’t both be giants fans

reply

I hate those Pats😡

As a way cooler dude I get to remain a Giants fan and you can start rooting for the Tulsa Ugly Pooheads

Problem solved👍

reply

I’ve been a giants fan since some odd six diggity, and I’m gonna stay a giants fan consarnit

(Actually since 2004 it’s a funny story)

reply

well you can't say 'it's a funny story' and then not tell it🙄

reply

Well I’m an nhl fan, and that was the year the went on strike and the whole season was cancelled , and I always liked Jeremy shockey, and his swagger. The funny part is they started filling the hockey slots on tv with poker. Thus I became a giants fan . Poker on my sports channels ? I’d rather watch football.

reply

Poker? That sounds like a very filthy series...you should watch it and give us a very detailed synopsis

reply

Poker ! I hardly know her ! Ziiing!

Also watching people play cards should not be on the sports channel ... it’s in the same boat as the spelling bee or dog shows

reply

You are correct but PuppyBowl forevs' yo!

reply

Do you remember the way shockey would always just say things ? Also tiki barber playing in the super bowl with a broken arm was bad ass

reply

Shockey was a loose cannon with that mouth of his!

Yeah, playing football with your arm in a cast😳NOT for the faint of heart

reply

That’s why I liked him plus what a great name. Shockey

reply

I'm an Aussie but if somebody tried to tell me to rename my team over some pointless endeavour I'd be cutting sick.

reply

'Cutting Sick?!?'

Someone needs to write an Aussie to US English dictionary and vice versa ASAP...they will become immediately rich😆

reply

Cutting Sick - Getting Angry. Not to be confused with "Sick" which means something is cool/good.

Fun trivia - In America "Fanny" means the tush. In Australia and UK it means "pussy" so when we watch your shows and movies and someone says "I gave them a pat/spanking on their fanny" is very amusing for us.

reply

Quite a geographical misunderstanding!

reply

What does a fanny pack mean then?

reply

lol We don't use that term. It's a money belt usually here.

reply

Washington Rednecks
the logo should be a beer drinking hillybilly jumping a red pickup monster truck on a confederate flag helmet

reply

Please bury the term "snowflakes." It's been so overused that it's become trite. Time to retire it.

Why not just shorten the name to the "Reds"? It works for Cincinnati's baseball team, so why not for football?

reply

Why not just keep it what it is?

And “snowflake” has defined an entire generation of pussies. I don’t think it’s going anywhere. Hopefully that name WON’T get changed...for once.

reply

Just what exactly is this "generation of pussies"? Are you referring to Millennials?

The name controversy goes back decades, before "millennials" were even born.

reply

Yes, as a matter of fact I am. I’m generalizing unfortunately, and I hate to do that, but yes, absolutely.

I’m actually myself considered a millennial, now, based on how they changed the generational names around, but I won’t ever consider myself one. When I was growing up they called people my age Generation Y, and I’m happy to stick with that.

I’m done with these people. They have the thinnest skin in the history of the world, and I’m sick of them. It culminates with this. I’m just done giving them any credit...for anything other than CONSTANT bitching, begging for free stuff, protesting everything, and trying to ban everything. They can shove their soy lattes up their asses.

Changing the name of the Washington Redskins is the pinnacle victory of the “offended crybaby” culture. This is the peak. At least until they get enough morons together to think that blowing up Mount Rushmore is actually a logical and good idea.

Most Native Americans in articles I’ve read aren’t offended by The Redskins at all...just virtue signaling white progressive liberals with no life, no jobs, and WAY too much time on their hands.

They’re pathetic, and they always will be. So yes, in short, I’m referring to millennials.

reply

Interesting.

reply

Who has the thin skin? The people who would like their football franchise to have a less insulting name to the people and culture which was virtually erased?

Or the people taking offense at a name being changed to something more appropriate?

reply

The answer to your question is the people who would like their football franchise to have a less insulting name.

And you...you suck! Keep trying to ban and censor everything that hurts your delicate little feelings. keep riding that slippery slope. And lastly, please get a life.

And if The Redskins team name gets your panties in a bunch...I’m sure you’ll probably also want the Indians, Chiefs, Braves, Pirates, Patriots, Cowboys, and hell, even The Brewers (offensive to alcoholics), etc. and any other team name changed to something that doesn’t offend YOU.

If people like you were in charge, every team name would be changed, every movie would be banned, every toddler TV show and breakfast cereal abolished, and every thought that could be considered offensive zapped out of existence.

Have a good day, unless that offends you when I say that.

reply

Retard.

reply

Great response. Ouch. I’m highly “offended”. 🙄

It’s funny, that one word just shows your complete and utter hypocrisy, haha. Have a nice “offended” day.

reply

Nope.
