You'd think with the amount of money he's got that he would sort out his hair.
sharei think it's very safe to say that johnson has very carefully sculpted his unkempt look to give himself the appearance of normalcy. just a bloke, like you and me...when, given his education and intellect, he's clearly nothing of the sort.
he's a guy who always had aims for the office he has, from a young age as i understand it, and he cultivated a style that would make him not seem quite so much like the very posh sort he really is.
